You have the right to return products to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note, however, that products ordered in our online shop must first be returned to our warehouse so that an exchange can take place. Please contact us before exchanging for the rest of the process!
In order for us to accept the return, the following points must apply:
- The items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
- The items must be in the original packaging, so all labels and seals must be undamaged.
- The items must have been ordered directly from our online shop.
- We do not accept returns or cancellations of orders that contain discounts (discount codes, shopping cart discount, reduced items, special packages (e.g. "2 FOR 1"), etc.).
Refunds (if applicable)
To return your order, please do the following:
1. First contact us via email@example.com
2. After contacting us, you will receive information in the next 24-48 hours to which address you have to send the package.
3. Print out the address label.
4. Frank the parcel with the necessary postage and return it to the post office. Please keep the return receipt until we contact you!
What happens next?
We will contact you by email as soon as we start processing your return. You will receive all the details of your return in the email.
After we process your refund, it usually takes 1-5 business days for you to receive the money. The amount will be automatically refunded to the same account from which you initiated the payment.
Please note that you will be refunded the amount you paid!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

For all items you return, we offer a return label with a traceable shipping service and shipping insurance.
