We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and other regional payment methods. All available payment methods are displayed in the "Select payment method" section during the ordering process.

Your payment and transaction data is processed by our payment providers using secure encryption in compliance with strict banking standards. Your credit card information is sent directly to the bank and can only be viewed by the bank itself - not even by Miniatureslove. We have an SSL certificate and meet the requirements for PCI-DSS.

The payment processing of Miniatureslove consists of several steps, which should ensure the greatest possible security. If we have successfully received your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation from us by email within 24 hours.

After we issue your refund, it usually takes 3-5 business days for you to receive your money. The amount will be automatically refunded to the same account from which you made the payment.

When you have returned your order to us and are waiting for a refund, you should have received an email from us that your package has arrived. If you have not received this email and it has been more than 14 days since you sent your order back to us, you can contact us here to find out the current state of affairs.

Our pricing policy is influenced by trends, inventory levels and customer demand. Price changes and special offers do not justify compensation for price differences.

As soon as your package has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with the shipping information. Your delivery will either be delivered directly to your destination address or to the nearest post office box. Please note that the deliverer can take your package to a mailbox near you if you are not at home.

Our e-mail to you contains all the relevant information about your package that you need for shipment tracking. Please check the spam folder in your email inbox if you have not received an email from us within 72 hours of placing your order.

Track your package

You need the tracking number to track the shipment. You will find this in the shipping confirmation.

This usually takes 2-3 days. Please don't worry if you don't see shipping information in the first few days after your package shipped.

If more than 15 days have passed since your order and you have not yet received your order, please contact our customer service here.

Our goal is to ship all orders as soon as possible. Please note that the estimated delivery times (2-7 working days) are estimates. The actual delivery times can be influenced by external factors, which neither Miniatureslove nor our shipping partners have any influence on. These factors include, for example, extreme weather conditions, technical problems, customs delays, etc.

Please note that special sales campaigns can lead to longer delivery times.

The individual packages can arrive at different times. If you order more than one item, you may receive the ordered products in individual packaging because our warehouses are located in different locations! So don't worry about your missing items. If you have not received all items within 10 working days of receiving your order, please contact us at order@miniatureslove.com.

We know you want to receive your order as soon as possible! That is why we take care of your order as soon as we receive it! Unfortunately, this also means that we can no longer cancel an order if it is (often after a few seconds!) In our warehouse in the processing area.

If you made a mistake when ordering, you can of course contact us at order@miniatureslove.com. Our employees will then give you further information on this topic.

You have the right to return products to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note, however, that products ordered in our online shop must first be returned to our warehouse so that an exchange can take place. Please contact us before exchanging for the rest of the process!

In order for us to accept the return, the following points must apply:

• The items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
• The items must be in the original packaging, so all labels and seals must be undamaged.
• The items must have been ordered directly from our online shop.
• We do not accept returns or cancellations of orders that contain discounts (discount codes, shopping cart discount, reduced items, special packages (e.g. "2 FOR 1"), etc.).
  

You have the right to return your order to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Before returning your order to us, please make sure that the following points apply:

• The item is in the same condition in which it was received.
• The item is in its original packaging and any labels and seals are therefore undamaged.
• The item was ordered directly from our online shop.

To return your order, please do the following:

1. First contact us via order@miniatureslove.com

2. After contacting us, you will receive information in the next 24-48 hours to which address you have to send the package.

3. Print out the address label.

4. Frank the parcel with the necessary postage and return it to the post office. Please keep the return receipt until we contact you! 

What happens next?

We will contact you by email as soon as we start processing your return. You will receive all the details of your return in the email.

Refund

After we process your refund, it usually takes 1-5 business days for you to receive the money. The amount will be automatically refunded to the same account from which you initiated the payment.

I received the wrong item. What can I do?

We are sorry that we sent you the wrong product.

Please check your order confirmation first to see if you may have ordered the wrong product. If this is not the case, please contact us by email. We'll get back to you so we can fix this.

I have received a damaged item. What can I do?

We would like to apologize to you if you had a damaged item in your order!Please contact us via email. We will then help you as soon as possible! If you contact us, please send us the following information:

• A photo of the damaged product

• Your order number

The following conditions apply to sales campaigns in our online shop:

• Special offers only apply to orders placed directly in our online shop.
• Special offers are only valid for a certain period of time and cannot be taken before or after this period.

Some of our products are produced in limited editions and still others are very popular and are therefore quickly sold out. We reserve the right not to replenish our inventory after the sale of products.

Since our special offers are limited to a certain period, they are only valid as long as they are available on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot grant you the discount afterwards if you have placed your order before or after the campaign period.

How can I redeem my discount code?

To redeem a discount code, please go to the checkout. Enter the discount code and click "Check". You should now be able to see that the discount has been deducted.

• The discount code doesn't work?
•  Please make sure that there is no space before and after the discount code.
•  Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be used per order.
•  Some discount codes are only valid for certain products or up to a certain time.
•  Some codes are only valid for certain customers or customers from certain countries.
•  If you have received an offer from us by email, it may be that this offer is only available via the link in our  email. Please note that the link already contains a discount code and the use of further discount codes for your order is not possible.

Our products and the manufacture of our products meet the environmental requirements of the American market. Our packaging is also made from 100% recyclable materials.

During our regular visits to our factories, we convince ourselves of the good working conditions. We believe in sustainable development and corporate responsibility and do our best to contribute to it.

Each of our products is checked for quality before shipment and made from carefully selected materials that must meet our high quality standards. We are aware of our environmental obligations and therefore manufacture our products in accordance with American and European standards and guidelines.
